Being able to control the amounts of protein and carbohydrate being consumed is as important as lifting the weights at the gym.

NAPA is now offering that option with a range of protein and carbohydrate sources where you have control of the amounts within each meal. The protein values have been worked out for you, for carbs, check out the macro table below.

Starting with your protein, choose from Turkey, Chicken, Steak, White Fish or Poached Salmon, each listed with the amount of protein per 100g. Then choose how much protein you would like in your meal before selecting your carbohydrate source from Brown Rice, White Rice, Sweet Potato Mash, Wholemeal Pasta or Egg Noodles. Choose how much of this you would like, add a superfood and sauce, done!

You can then choose how many of this meal you would like or add more variety to your order. We will then deliver your meals within the given timeframe complete with storage and cooking guidelines.

You are then freed from the hassle of carefully preparing your own meals, knowing that NAPA has got your back!



Next day delivery available on orders placed before 12pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

Orders placed after 12pm on these days will be dispatched the following day.

Orders placed after 12pm Thursday up to 12pm Monday (eg. Friday, Saturday, Sunday) will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday, excluding bank holidays) for delivery the following day.
