Starting with your protein, choose from Turkey, Chicken, Steak, White Fish or Poached Salmon, each listed with the amount of protein per 100g. Then choose how much protein you would like in your meal before selecting your carbohydrate source from Brown Rice, White Rice, Sweet Potato Mash, Wholemeal Pasta or Egg Noodles. Choose how much of this you would like, add a superfood and sauce, done!
You can then choose how many of this meal you would like or add more variety to your order. We will then deliver your meals within the given timeframe complete with storage and cooking guidelines.
